YEAST – Cookery workshop

Food is identity, therefore our workshop, in addition to showcasing the wealth of Italian cuisine through the presentation of recipes and the realisation of the typical dishes of the different Italian regions, will try to answer all questions related to them.

Food communicates, excites, unites. It speaks of stories and traditions and what people eat is an integral part of their individuality and identity.

We will discover Italy and its traditions by cooking together.

The groups will have a minimum of four to a maximum of six students.

Each lesson will last one and a half hours.

The course will be monthly and organised for the different levels of knowledge of the Italian language.

The workshops can be organised in person, in Sheffield, or followed online from the comfort of your home.
